Refund and Return Policy

At Slate Creek Homestead, we’re committed to sharing the joy of God's Word through our custom products—like mugs and notebooks with uplifting Bible verses. Because each item is made just for you upon order, we want to ensure you love what you receive. Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before purchasing. All sales are final for custom designs, but we’re here to help if something’s not right.

What We Accept Returns For:

We gladly handle returns or exchanges for:

Defective or Damaged Items: Misprints, printing errors, or damage during shipping (e.g., broken mug, faded ink).

Wrong Item Received: If we send the incorrect product due to a fulfillment error.

We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind, buyer's remorse, or general dissatisfaction.

Wrong size, color, or fit (please use our size guides!).

Personalization regrets (e.g., "I don't like this verse now").

Timeframe:

Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

For lost packages, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

How to Request a Return or Refund:

Contact Us First: Email slatecreekhomestead@gmail.com or use our contact form with your order number, photos of the issue, and a description. We'll respond within 2 business days.

Printful Review: We'll submit a claim to our fulfillment partner (Printful) for inspection. If approved (which it usually is for valid issues), they'll cover a full refund or free replacement.

Shipping Back: For defects, you may need to return the item to our address below (we'll provide a prepaid label if Printful approves). Keep it in original packaging. Unapproved returns will be donated or discarded—no refund.

Refund Processing: Issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless it's our error.

Shipping & Lost Packages:

We ship via USPS/UPS (2-7 business days production + shipping). Track your order in your account. If lost, we'll file a claim and reship if needed. International orders may face customs delays—duties are your responsibility.

Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges.
